Expert and Customized Talent Services:
Step 1: The client shares their request with us for a particular topic (this could be on any industry - IT, BPO, Energy, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
Step 2: We scan our expert network database and map the requirement with the skill set of the experts to identify the correct Subject Matter Expert
Step 3: We share the requirement with the expert to confirm if they can support the request
Step 4: We setup a call/meeting between the two parties for the information exchange
During this entire process, we ensure that the confidentiality of the expert as well as the organization is maintained. We do not reveal the names of either parties to each other. Also, our clients do not quote the experts directly anywhere when using the information provided by them
Recruitment:
Step 1: The client shares their requirement with us in terms of skillset, location, experience, etc.
Step 2: We scan our vast network to identify and shortlist the right candidates fitting the requirements
Step 3: We enable the interview process and support the client and the candidates during the entire process
